		<description>Utilizo há muito tempo o TightVNC para suporte aos meus clientes, desde a internet discada.

Foi, e ainda é muito eficiente.

Conheci a pouco tempo o CrossLoop... e já me filiei.

É muito interessante a ferramenta, haja visto facilitar muito a instalação pelo cliente.

Pode ser melhorada, com recursos de transferência de arquivos e talvez um chat.

Mas é uma ótima ferramenta... Utilizo ela em conjunto com o Live Messenger e o Skype (prefiro este último!).

É uma pena realmente não existir ainda versões para Linux... mas eu contorno isso usando o TightVNC.
