Acho que está no Beta Testing.

E Lok, antes do GTA IV sair também havia bué pessoal a criar guilds para depois jogar online.

Sim, mas a ideia é criar antes, porque por exemplo para criares um castelo tens k ter no mínimo 30 players na mesma guild, e convém o quanto antes.
