Bom a dúvida é simples: já alguém foi ou sabe se é possível um aluno maior de idade ser o seu próprio encarregado de educação?

Desculpem lá as caps que vêm a seguir mas PORQUE RAIO É QUE OS SALOIOS DO S. MIGUEL NÃO ME DEIXAM SER? POR MOTIVOS? NA ME PARECE! TAO A CUMPRIR ORDENS DO CANGALHO DO VENTURA??? ONDE É QUE O VENTURA TÁ ACIMA DA LEI?????

blue9seed, não encontrei nada na legislação mas já contactei a Direcção Regional de Educação do Centro. Deixa cá ver a resposta que já lha esfrego na fuça.

Desculpem lá a revolta mas ainda faltam 2 meses para as aulas começarem e estes já anda a tentar fazer farinha comigo.

por aquilo que me disseram, para seres teu próprio encarregado de educação, tens que terer 18 anos no momento da matrícula, caso contrário terá de ser mesmo o teu encarregado de educação (familiar) ou então um amigo com mais de 18 anos e uma procuração

Tenho 18 anos, 7 meses e 7 dias hoje (16 de Julho de 2008). A matrícula foi hoje (16 de Julho de 2008).
