depende do sistema operativo, da rede que tens, que condicoes tens para fazer tal coisa, eu uso uma firewall que me faz o bloqueio por url e ip das paginas que quero interditar, e digo firewall, uma maquina pentium 1 com ipcop linux encostada pro canto da sala porque sei que funciona, firewalls por software nao conheco nenhuma que faca o servico, para alem de serem uma tanga de todo o tamanho :~\
